'Yip' Harburg," on his birthday, April 8 at Laurie Beechman Theatre. Between Richard's own rousing renditions of songs from "The Wizard of Oz" and the sparkling, sensitive performances by Karen Oberlin, Leslie Orofino, and Maureen Kelley Stewart, Yip was indeed done proud! Our ensemble from the Harlem Rep production of "Oz" was so honored to have the opportunity to share selections from their jazzy score and to appear with such accomplished performers as you and these three ladies.
