Considering I was caught off guard as I was just going to be a last minute "surprise" guest, and it turned out that I was the "only" guest, you helped me feel very natural and comfortable. I have always thought of you to be an excellent host with your calm and confident demeanor, interesting questions and topics, positive energy and the way you keep an interview moving. You are great at including not only the guest, but also the audience and a bit of yourself as well. I enjoy watching your entertaining episodes. Richard exudes positivity and if that quality could be bottled, the entire world would benefit. I compare Richard to a wonderful host at a dinner party, who assembles a disarming group of guests together. The result is a thoroughly magical hour of great conversation and new friendships formed. Whether you're a guest or a fortunate viewer, you come away renewed with a belief in the decency of people. The topic when I appeared was "creativity" and I learned more from Richard and his other 4 guests than I could have learned in a semester in school.
