There are non-stop heartwarming moments throughout the celebration -- indeed an illuminating, life-enhancing exchange and sharing of insights, inspiration, influences, experiences, memories, stories, anecdotes, and priceless reminiscences. The remembrances about Carol make me teary-eyed and help keep her memory and legacy fresh and enduring. Tyne is also an extraordinary comfort zone personified. Davis is a phenomenal presence in his own right, graced with genuine warmth and endearing humility. If I remember correctly, he was one of forty-eight notable life-forces (from stage, film, television, and music) honored at my event client Richard Goldman's 1999 "Stars for Life" cocktail reception the day before the fundraising gala concert at Davies Symphony Hall (to benefit the UCSF pediatric brain tumor research unit that Michael Douglas started). Davis and everyone were so validatingly complimentary -- and magnanimous with their talents, time, and resources. Today's Celebration was full of thought-provoking questions and captivating responses. The photos, hats, laughs, ongoing "bodies-of-worth" in-progress... all irresistible gem-like moments to treasure. I adore you two, and I send much gratitude, love, cheer, and hugs!
