You truly have a very special gift in making an interview feel more like a casual evening chatting with a friend over tea (or wine) 😊. So comfortable. So easy. You asked questions that allowed me to reflect, to appreciate the roads I traveled to get me to where I am today. Sometimes we get so caught up in the "where am I going" that we forget the "where have I been". Speaking with you about all of it makes me stand still for a moment and take stock in all successes and blunders along the way. Savor each to them, leaving me with the feeling of enormous gratitude.
