City, State: Concord, New Hampshire Comments: Richard Skipper has to be one of the most amazing individuals on this planet. There is not another person that embodies the qualities he has - an almost childlike delight in everything his does, an insatiable mind that is forever being filled with new and endlessly fascinating information that he eagerly shares with the world. Whether performing, lecturing, interviewing or writing, Richard Skipper never gives less than 150%. The other evening I turned on Turner Classic Movies and there was Richard introducing "Jezebel" at the TCM Festival. What a perfect melding of two classic entities - Richard Skipper and TCM!!! Richard can give lessons in never growing old because he stays constantly interested in expanding his horizons and tackling new challenges. We're all better because of Richard Skipper. -Paul Brogan: author of Was That a Name I Dropped?
City, State: Nanuet, NY 10954 Comments: Richard Skipper did a magnificent job on Sunday March 26 interviewing David France, author of "How To Survive A Plague" at the Nyack Library. Richard had great rapport but also asked questions that cut into the material from different angles, which certainly added to the liveliness of the answers. The interview added a great deal to what might have been simply an author's "reading." Prof. Patricia Lander, Nanuet, NY
City, State: NY NY Website: amoprod.com Comments: Richard Skipper jumped in at the last minute, thanks to a recommendation from Carolyn Montgomery-Forant, and replaced a guest who was ill on SOMETHING TO OFFER, my talk show. What a joy and his ability to empower people to celebrate who they are through all his projects is a gift that keeps giving. I treasured the time and I am confident he will remain a close connection as there is much to learn from this treasure of a human being. Thanks so Much Richard for the gift of YOU and sharing it today on SOMETHING TO OFFER...you are a true cause to CELEBRATE. Thank You Anne Marie Offer Host and Producer SOMETHING TO OFFER
City, State: NYC Website: http://www.benrimalower.com/ Comments: Nobody celebrates legends like Richard Skipper. If one of your faves is being feted, there's nowhere on earth more fun to be. And honestly even if you don't care about the honoree, master showman Richard and his talented crew serve up a fabulously good time. -Ben Rimalower
City, State: New York, New York Comments: Bill and I SO enjoyed seeing Richard Skipper Celebrates... for the first time. Richard's natural charm jumps off the stage with the ease of a skilled ballet dancer. He has a light without a spotlight and he has a warm, large generous heart. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.
