City, State: Matthews, North Carolina Comments: I was lucky enough to see Richard as Carol Channing at the Oklahoma City Prime Timer Labor Day Celebration. In fact I was called to come on stage with Carol to answer questions and do a little dance with her. I was totally blown away by the talent Richard has as Carol. His voice and look are Carols and one forgets they are not really watching Carol perform. What a great honor it is for him to represent Carol Channing in such a talented production. It was a wonderful and joyous evening and his work was not only impressive but inspirational. That evening was joyous and frolicsome and his work as an artist, and the talent he has, shone trough. I love all of the show business people who you mention and know. I also love the rainbow over the Emerald City and your celebration of gay marriage in N.Y. You also enlighten young gays about the Stonewall riots. I learned a lot about this from older gays as I was a child in the 70s and 80s and a teen for most of the 90s. Nice job!
