Richard is a consummate entertainer, a gifted and nuanced actor and singer and one of the most adept performers I've ever seen anywhere when it comes to improvisation. This show is a must-see for anyone who loves the theatre, loves Broadway, and loves being wonderfully entertained. Thank you, Richard, for yet another delightful evening in the theatre! Website: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2524516 Comments: BACK STORY: When I first met and got to know Richard a couple of months ago, he was getting ready to open his Production of "Richard Skipper As 'Carol Channing' In Concert". I liked Richard immediately, so as an Actor-Singer myself in between jobs (and aren't we all!) with a little extra time on his hands, I decided to offer him my help in any small way that I could; end of "BACK STORY". I began by assisting with some of the publicity duties. My other duty-and this is where the really fun part comes in-was to serve as an Usher for as many performances as I could. BTW, I was performing these duties on a volunteer basis; I could've left any time I wanted to. NO WAY! By now, I have seen Richard as 'Carol Channing' several times, and each and every time he is absolutely brilliant. He is truly THE consummate performance artist, his Carol Channing is spot-on, and most importantly his audience(s) absolutely LOVE the Show. I'm a little biased here, which means that I don't HAVE TO write this. I just WANT TO write this, to tell everyone how much you'll enjoy "Richard Skipper As 'Carol Channing' In Concert". One more BTW.....this is a G-Rated Show that you can bring the whole family to see. In fact, I'll even be bringing my five-year-old Grandson to see it!
