Coincidence or divine intervention….whatever it was…I was so happy to be on the receiving end of winning Richard Skipper’s generous raffle gift at Goldie Dver’s wonderful St. Jude Christmas Show at Don’t Tell Mama’s in December..How lucky was I to get to be interviewed by Richard Skipper just when I had 2 shows coming up. Very Lucky and extremely grateful to sit and “chat” with such a warm and wonderful host. Thank you Richard for making me feel totally at home with you! It was so special. I was at the Valley Cottage Library for Richard’s Celebrates 60 years of “Hello Dolly”. It was FANTASTIC! His selections of songs and video for this event was truly a tribute to Carol Channing! His encyclopedic knowledge of its Broadway productions, stories of its stars and the hows and why this show was such a Broadway hit, narrated with humor and enthusiasm, reflected Richard’s skill as an Entertainer Extraordinary!
