A group of us recently saw Richard Skipper at the Wings Theater portraying brilliantly and hysterically the "one and only" Ms. Carol Channing. We were all enthralled by his portrayal of her, his engaging personality and sense of humor. I would recommend this show to anyone who wants a great night at the theater!
I have told many, many friends about Richard Skipper and we have all become "new found" fans.
My only regret is that we hadn't discovered him sooner!
Well done Richard, and keep Ms.Channing alive forever! God BLess! Mercedes Hall

Seeing Richard Skipper glowing on stage over twenty years after we first performed together in the Nerian Players...what a joy! We (the Nerian fan club) are bursting with pride over his triumphs.
Everything was on the money - his audience interaction, his 'chorus' of talented performers, and especially, his portrayal of Carol. She must be thrilled to have him in her life!

Richard's performances just keep on giving. No matter how many times I have seen him as Carol, I am always drawn back for more. The tenderness, the respect, the love and the talent that fills the room makes this an invaluable and memorable evening. Don't miss Richard Skipper . . . he is a real treat!

Richard's performances as Carol Channing are just wonderful. He BECOMES Carol. I love going to the show. Several years ago I had the pleasure of performing with Richard as Carol. It was such a joy. I remember singing Jerry Herman's "My Best Girl" to Carol. It was a special moment to share with a truly wonderful and talented actor.
