Richard is an excellent talent with very quick wit and has the entire audience in the palm of his hand. If you ever have the opportunity to see this show, run don't walk. Sit back and be totally entertained. Learn a lot more about Ms. Channing and hear a lot of her favorites and some not so well known but very well presented. Having once had the "real" Carol address my theater school, I especially appreciate his spot on interaction with the audience that changes from night to night, and leads to some of the funniest material of the evening while he remains absolutely true to being Carol. What is there left to say but Richard as Carol is the razzzzzzzberries.

There is a sort of spontaneous joy that happens in the room as "Carol" takes over. What a wonderful way to spend an evening. |
