In a social setting Richard is engaging and charismatic, one of those people who make you feel like you've known him forever. Then I got to see him on stage! Wow! Suddenly he was in command of the spotlight, painting beautiful pictures with his stories. The show was captivating, and now Richard was treating the whole audience like we were dear, old friends.
