City, State: Portland Maine Comments: Today's show was one of my favorites! All of the guests had amazing stories, beginning with nurse Ellen Matzer, who is one of the bravest women I know. Her hard work never ends and she still has the energy to available for those who need her! As for Lane Bradbury. one of my all time favorite actors, really loved her in Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore! I just ordered a copy of Tony Maietta's book on Grey Gardens, and cant wait to read it! Loved the original. i also was enthralled by Kevin Winker'ss book on Bob Fosse and Tommy Tune. All and all it was an amazing fast moving hour!!! Thank you @Richard Skipper!!!! I love the spotlight on authors. Many authors need to tell a story or be heard. This show is a great platform! Mr. Roberts story is definitely one that I can relate to being an educator for 24 years. I teach gifted students in the public school system and have seen a lot. I will tell you…to hear Mr. Roberts story and see his success warms my heart. Our youth need to hear his story. Not only is “Between Me & God” a great book…but I have also read his new book coming soon “Pause - Process - Proceed”. It is a phenomenal piece which deals with thought provoking scenarios and discussion questions that will help our young. I would love to see this book in the hands of young people, the school systems, or any arena where children can learn to critically think before they act. The hour flew by so fast, and the stories were so fun! I fell in love all over again with the very beautiful and talented Joyce Bulifant! I ran to amazon and ordered "My Four Hollywood Husbands! Cant wait to read it!
